Innovative processes and/or process innovations?

Happy New Year and welcome to 2014, a new year with new opportunities and maybe some room for necassery innovations. As Steve Jobs, 1955-2011, once said, “Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower”.

In an article at idg.se 2013-12-28 it says that in general CIO:s need to spend much more attention to innovations. According to Gartner CIO:s spend approximately eighty, 80!, percentages of their time on making sure existing systems are running the way they should. It means that there is not much time left to do the work that will create competitive advantages.

With a BPM solution you get the possibility to make your innovative processes more efficient and getting more value per time unit. We at Barium help some of our customer with just that, with a significant impact on both lead time in the innovation process but also accuracy in delivering value according to plan.

Though that is not the only thing we do when it comes to innovation. Through our agile solution and way of working we can provide process innovation. In reality it means that you can work with continuous improvement and continuous innovation in your way of working. Good bye to time consuming and long lead time to introduce new flows and ways of working with endless number of hours spend on pre-studies, dry runs etc. Welcome fast implementations of changes and rapid ROI:s.

If you want to increase your innovation and be the leader give us at Barium a call!
