Barium Live upgraded to 2014.3.2

Barium Live 2014.3.2

Barium Live has been upgraded to version 2014.3.2, a minor upgrade that brings a number of new and improved features as well as bug fixes and stability improvements.

External Web Links

BPMN 2.0 process models now have support for external web links. These allow you to share a process model to someone outside of Barium Live. If you need input from a stakeholder on the process model or want to share a process with an outsider it’s easily done by activating an external web link and sending it via e-mail. Anyone with the link can open the process model by clicking on the link and see the model and all information in it.

Sharing made easy!

Dynamic Task Deadlines

Setting deadlines on Tasks is one of the great features of Barium Live, and we just made it better allowing you to configure a deadline to be dynamic. You can now choose that your deadline offset is fetched from field in a form making it possible to set deadline information per process instance. For example if a tasks deadline is 4 days after it started you can now fetch the number (4) from a form field if you want the deadline to be different in each instance.

This is perfect for project related process applications.

Improved presentation of BPMN 2.0 process models

BPMN 2.0 process models are now presented better in Barium Live. The entire height of the screen is now used to present a process model making it easier to view large and detailed process models by taking advantage of the full screen size.

Easier process viewing!

More improvements

We have also made improvements to the e-mail sending capabilities with new configuration settings, added support for more variables that can be used to present data and squashed bugs.

For the full details of the content of the upgrade, see the 2014.3.2 Change log on the Barium Live Help Center.
