Barium Live 2014.3.3 has arrived

2014.3.3 is a minor upgrade that adds new and improved features to the Barium Live BPMN Modeler 2.0, forms, improved e-mail notifications and improvements in the process application configuration capabilities. Here are some of the highlights.

Improved functionality for Assign Performer

The new ability to combine a Role Mapper and the Assign Performer in process applications means that it is now possible to create even more diverse process apps. People performing tasks in a process can now be given a filtered list of assignable people based on information in the form. For example, in a Work Order process you can configure a process so that only the people who are electricians can be assigned tasks to perform electrical work.

Improved functionality for attachments

It is now easier to work with attachments in forms. The attachment form field has received an upgrade allowing attached items to be deleted from the form (if the field is editable of course). We also made a change that hinders people from deleting files in the content folder if they are attached in an attachment field so that important information is not inadvertently deleted.

Improved notifications

Notifications when sharing a task with other people has been improved. When you share a task you can give the invited person permissions to Read, Edit or Perform the task. What permission has been given is now written in the invite text.

Faster access to process modeling

We believe that process modeling should be fast. We’ve therefore found even more ways to get to your process model a little bit faster still.
